We Understand Your Innovation

Other media training services apply a “cookie cutter” approach - following a script with best practices that tell you where to look at the camera and what to say to journalists.

The real secret to getting cut through with the media is being able to articulate the complexities of your innovation and convert it into a conversation with the press. Andiron’s team of media editors, authors, and PhD graduates are able to drill deeply into what your company offers to the market and help you understand what the media will want to hear.

Gain Traction With The Media By Understanding Your Business First

The media is hungry for stories. The first step in successfully engaging with them is finding your story, and making it the first and only thing they see.

Our media training programme includes workshops that drill down to the core of your business, its commercial appeal, and find the narrative genesis that will catch the media’s attention. It’s not what your investors are interested in. It might not even be what your customers care about. Often, it’s something you never thought about.

But once you’ve identified it, you’ll be giving journalists stories they cannot resist.

Be Prepared For ANYthing

No one thinks that they’re going to be asked for their thoughts about peace in the Middle East… until the curveball comes in.

Through practical exercises, we will help you understand where a journalist’s line of questioning comes from, why it can sometimes head in directions you never anticipated, and how you can effectively manage and deflect questions to stay on point and avoid being dragged into controversy.

Interviews Are Conversations, No Matter How Complex

The spokespeople that journalists love are the ones who hold a conversation and avoid filling the airwaves with talking points.

For founders and innovators, this is an opportunity - to establish yourself as a thought leader and you’ll be called back for your subject matter expertise, over and over again.

Andiron’s media training service will help you to build your voice and persona to the media, ensuring that you can take ownership of your field and the discourse around it.
